이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 진송백(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 LiveWith World와 그 안의 월드(현재 Study World, 이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (용어)

• "이용자"는 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 사람을 말합니다.
• "계정"은 이용자가 서비스가 제안한 단어 조합 중에서 고른 닉네임과 서비스가 발급한 복구 코드로 구분되는 이용 단위를 말합니다.
• "포인트"와 "아이템"은 서비스 안에서 활동하면 얻고, 꾸미기·펫 등에 쓰는 서비스 내 요소를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이 약관은 서비스 화면이나 홈페이지에 게시하면 효력이 생깁니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때에는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)부터 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용 조건)

• 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 처음 입장할 때 만 14세 이상임을 확인하고 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의해야 합니다.
• 서비스는 무료입니다.

제5조 (계정과 복구 코드)

• 서비스는 비밀번호 대신 복구 코드로 다른 기기에서 계정을 이어 쓰게 합니다.
• 복구 코드는 이용자가 직접 보관해야 합니다. 운영자는 복구 코드 원래 값을 저장하지 않으므로, 잃어버리면 계정을 되찾아 드릴 수 없습니다.
• 복구 코드를 다른 사람에게 알려 생긴 문제는 이용자에게 책임이 있습니다.

제6조 (서비스의 내용과 변경·중단)

• 운영자는 실시간 가상 공간에서 함께 공부하는 기능과 이에 딸린 기능(인사, 친구, 초대, 꾸미기, 포인트 등)을 제공합니다.
• 서비스는 계속 개발 중이며, 운영자는 기능을 추가·변경·삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 점검, 장애, 운영상 사정으로 서비스를 일시 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 종료할 때에는 30일 전에 알리도록 노력합니다.

제7조 (포인트와 아이템)

• 포인트와 아이템은 서비스 안에서만 쓰는 요소이며, 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꿀 수 없고 금전적 가치가 없습니다.
• 포인트·아이템을 사고팔거나 다른 계정으로 넘기는 거래는 금지합니다.
• 운영자는 오류나 부정한 방법으로 얻은 포인트·아이템을 회수하거나 조정할 수 있습니다.
• 계정을 삭제하거나 서비스가 종료되면 포인트와 아이템은 사라집니다.

제8조 (스터디 메이트)

서비스에는 처음 온 이용자도 함께하는 분위기를 느낄 수 있도록, 운영자가 운영하는 자동 참여 캐릭터(스터디 메이트)가 함께할 수 있습니다. 스터디 메이트는 실제 사람이 아니며, 인사·친구 신청·초대 등에 자동으로 응답할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (이용자가 지켜야 할 것)

이용자는 다음 행동을 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 욕설, 혐오, 성적인 표현 등 다른 사람에게 불쾌감을 주는 닉네임을 쓰는 것
• 다른 이용자를 괴롭히거나, 따라다니거나, 인사·친구 신청·초대를 반복해 귀찮게 하는 것
• 운영자나 다른 사람을 사칭하는 것
• 오류를 악용하거나, 자동화 프로그램·매크로를 쓰거나, 서버에 무리를 주는 것
• 다른 사람의 계정이나 복구 코드를 쓰는 것
• 법령이나 공공질서에 어긋나는 행동

제10조 (이용 제한)

이용자가 제9조를 어기면 운영자는 그 정도에 따라 경고, 일정 기간 이용 제한, 닉네임 변경 요청, 계정 삭제 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 이의가 있으면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.

제11조 (계정 삭제)

이용자는 언제든 [설정] → [계정 삭제]에서 계정을 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 포인트, 아이템, 친구 목록이 모두 사라지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

제12조 (책임의 한계)

• 서비스는 무료로, 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 서비스가 끊김 없이 또는 오류 없이 제공된다고 보증하지 않습니다.
• 운영자는 천재지변, 이용자 책임으로 생긴 문제, 이용자끼리의 다툼에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
• 다만 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 관련 법령에 따라 책임집니다.

제13조 (저작권)

서비스의 그림, 캐릭터, 펫, 음향, 프로그램 등에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 운영자의 허락 없이 이를 복제·배포하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

제14조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 성실히 협의하며, 소송이 필요한 경우 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms set the conditions for using LiveWith World and its worlds (currently Study World) (the "Service"), run by Songbaik Jin (the "Operator").

2. Changes

The terms take effect when posted in the Service or on the website. We may change them within the law and will announce changes at least 7 days ahead (30 days for changes less favourable to you). If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

3. Who can use it

• You must be 14 or older (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher).
• On your first visit you confirm your age and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
• The Service is free.

4. Your account and recovery code

• Instead of a password, a recovery code lets you continue on another device.
• Keep it safe yourself. We only store a one-way hash of it, so we cannot recover a lost code or account.
• You are responsible for anything that happens because you shared your code.

5. The Service, changes and interruptions

• We provide shared real-time virtual spaces to study together, plus related features (greetings, friends, invites, dress-up, points).
• The Service is still being developed; features may be added, changed or removed.
• It may be paused for maintenance or problems, or ended. We will try to announce an end 30 days ahead.

6. Points and items

• Points and items exist only inside the Service. They cannot be exchanged for money or anything else and have no monetary value.
• Buying, selling or transferring them is not allowed.
• We may remove or adjust points or items obtained through errors or abuse.
• They disappear when you delete your account or the Service ends.

7. Study mates

So that newcomers never study alone, the Service may include automated characters ("study mates") run by the Operator. Study mates are not real people and may respond automatically to greetings, friend requests and invites.

8. Rules

Please do not:

• use offensive, hateful or sexual nicknames;
• harass or follow others, or spam greetings, friend requests or invites;
• pretend to be the Operator or someone else;
• exploit bugs, use bots or macros, or overload the servers;
• use someone else's account or recovery code;
• break the law.

9. Restrictions

If you break the rules we may, depending on how serious it is, warn you, restrict your use for a period, ask you to change your nickname, or delete the account. Contact us if you disagree.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Points, items and friends are removed permanently. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

• The Service is free and provided "as is", without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control, problems you cause, or disputes between users.
• This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Intellectual property

The artwork, characters, pets, sounds and software of the Service belong to the Operator. Do not copy, distribute or use them commercially without permission.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away consumer protections you have under the law of your country. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith; otherwise the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act decides.
