개인정보처리방침
시행일: 2026년 11월 7일 · 적용 서비스: LiveWith World 및 그 안의 월드(현재 Study World)
LiveWith World(이하 "서비스")를 운영하는 진송백(이하 "운영자")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를, 왜, 얼마 동안 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보
서비스는 회원가입 절차가 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 처리하는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

IP 주소는 접속을 처리하고 복구 코드를 반복해서 틀리는 부정 이용을 막기 위해 접속 중에만 서버 메모리에서 사용하며, 저장하지 않습니다. 국가 통계는 IP가 아니라 브라우저 시간대·언어로 추정합니다.
2. 처리 목적
- 서비스 제공: 계정 유지, 다른 기기에서 이어하기, 친구·초대·인사, 포인트와 꾸미기
- 안전한 이용: 부정 이용 방지, 신고 처리와 이용 제한
- 서비스 개선: 개인을 알아볼 수 없게 묶은 통계(접속자 수, 국가별·언어별 이용 등)
3. 보유 기간과 파기
- 계정 정보와 서비스 이용 정보: 계정을 삭제할 때까지. 삭제하면 즉시 지웁니다.
- 이용 기록: 생성 후 1년이 지나면 자동으로 지웁니다. 계정을 삭제하면 남은 기록은 누구의 것인지 알 수 없게 처리합니다.
- 신고 정보: 부정 이용 대응을 위해 1년 보관 후 자동으로 지웁니다. 내가 한 신고는 계정 삭제 때 함께 지웁니다.
- 파기 방법: 데이터베이스에서 복구할 수 없게 삭제합니다.
4. 이용자 기기에 저장되는 정보
서비스는 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 대신 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 로그인 토큰, 복구 코드, 언어·소리·화면 확대 설정을 저장합니다. 이 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 있으며, 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 지울 수 있습니다(지우면 복구 코드로 다시 이어할 수 있습니다).
5. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
- 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 다른 회사나 사람에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
- 처리 위탁: 서버 운영과 데이터 보관을 Amazon Web Services, Inc.(AWS)에 맡깁니다. 데이터는 AWS 아시아 태평양(서울) 리전, 즉 대한민국에 보관됩니다. 화면 파일 전송에는 AWS CloudFront를 쓰며, 이 과정에서 세계 각지의 AWS 전송 서버를 거칠 수 있습니다.
- 화면 글꼴을 Google Fonts(Google LLC, 미국)에서 불러옵니다. 이때 브라우저가 Google 서버에 접속하면서 IP 주소 등 일반적인 접속 정보가 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이를 통해 어떤 개인정보도 받지 않습니다.
6. 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며, 처음 입장할 때 이를 확인합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 삭제: 서비스 안 [설정] → [계정 삭제]에서 언제든 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 열람·정정·처리정지: 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이(늦어도 10일 안에) 처리합니다. 본인 확인을 위해 친구 코드나 복구 코드를 여쭐 수 있습니다.
- EU·영국 등 다른 나라의 이용자도 해당 국가 법률이 보장하는 권리(열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 이의 제기, 감독기관에 민원 제기)를 같은 방법으로 행사할 수 있습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 복구 코드와 로그인 토큰은 원래 값을 알 수 없는 암호화 값으로만 저장합니다.
- 운영 관리 화면은 서버 내부에서만 접속할 수 있게 막아 두었습니다.
- 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전부터 서비스 화면이나 홈페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
Effective: November 7, 2026 · Applies to LiveWith World and its worlds (currently Study World)
LiveWith World (the "Service") is run by Songbaik Jin (the "Operator"). This policy explains what information the Service handles, why, and for how long. The Korean version prevails if the two versions differ.
1. Information we handle
There is no sign-up form. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or a password. We handle:

IP addresses are used in server memory only while you are connected, to run the connection and to stop people guessing recovery codes. They are never stored. Country statistics come from the browser's time zone and language, not from your IP.
2. Why (purposes and legal basis)
- Providing the Service you asked for: keeping your account, continuing on another device, friends, invites, greetings, points and dress-up (performance of our agreement with you).
- Keeping it safe: preventing abuse, handling reports and restricting accounts (our legitimate interest in a safe community).
- Improving it: statistics that cannot identify anyone, such as visitor numbers by country or language (legitimate interest).
3. How long we keep it
- Account and usage information: until you delete your account, then deleted at once.
- Activity log: deleted automatically after 1 year. When you delete your account, remaining log entries are made anonymous.
- Reports: kept 1 year for abuse handling, then deleted. Reports you made are deleted with your account.
4. What is stored on your device
The Service uses no cookies. It stores your login token, recovery code and language / sound / zoom settings in your browser's local storage, on your device only. You can clear them in your browser at any time (your recovery code lets you continue afterwards).
5. Sharing
- We do not sell or share your information with anyone, except where the law requires it.
- Hosting: the Service is hosted by Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS). Data is stored in the AWS Asia Pacific (Seoul) Region in the Republic of Korea, and pages are delivered through AWS CloudFront, which may pass through AWS servers in other countries. If you use the Service from outside Korea, your information is processed in Korea.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). Your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them, so Google may receive ordinary connection data such as your IP address. We receive nothing from this.
6. Children
The Service is for people aged 14 and over (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher), and asks you to confirm this on your first visit. If we learn that a younger child has used it, we delete their information without delay.
7. Your rights
- Delete: any time, instantly, in Settings → Delete account.
- Access, correction, restriction, portability, objection: email us at the address below; we answer without undue delay (within 10 days, and in any case within one month). We may ask for your friend code or recovery code to confirm it is you.
- You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
- Recovery codes and login tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.
- The admin screen can only be reached from inside the server.
- We collect only what the Service needs.

We announce changes in the Service or on the website at least 7 days before they take effect, and 30 days before for important changes that are less favourable to you.
